1. Return Eligibility

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be unopened and unused.
• Be in its original packaging and condition.
• Have all original seals, labels, and packaging intact.
• Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase or your order number.

Due to health, safety, and hygiene considerations, opened or used dietary supplements generally cannot be returned or refunded, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a refund under applicable law.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number.
• A description of the problem.
• Clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.

After reviewing your request, VerduraGlobal may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

If the issue was caused by an error on our part or the product was damaged during shipment, we will provide appropriate return instructions and may cover reasonable return shipping costs.

3. Returns Due to Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged product, original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Do not send products to our business address unless our Customer Support team has provided return instructions and a designated return address.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for us to process an approved refund. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Refunds generally cover the eligible product purchase price. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return is due to an error attributable to VerduraGlobal.

6. Non-Returnable Products

For health and safety reasons, the following products generally cannot be returned:

• Opened or used dietary supplements.
• Products with broken or removed safety seals.
• Products that have been damaged after delivery due to improper storage, handling, or use.
• Products returned after the applicable return period.
• Gift cards or other non-returnable items, where applicable.
